The main reason we decided to display some of our rentals online is because it helps clients brainstorm ideas of what they may need and the cost associated. Submitting a quote does not lock you in to payment or reservation, but is used as a place to start from. All our quotes are a work in progress as your event date approaches and you don't have to commit to anything until you'd like to.
Many of our items are one-of-a-kind or limited quantity. Most items require 50% down to reserve, but some items that require install need to be fully paid for to be reserved. We add new inventory on a regular basis
This catalog is a collection of about 60% of our inventory. Not all our items are listed, especially large items, backdrops, and installs, because they are only available when a package is purchased, or only at a specific venue. We'd love to set up an appointment for you to come visit us in person! Contact us here...
new inventory
We get new inventory and update our catalog bi-monthly! Please use the *Just Arrived* filter to see these new items. While reservations/down payments are non-refundable, you can switch out a la carte rentals for something of equal or greater value. Don't see what you're looking for? Send us an email and we'll tell you something that would work in it's place, or maybe even purchase something for you! We're constantly adding to our inventory and love to hear feedback.
delivery
O&G can deliver and pick up your items if you would prefer. The fee for round-trip delivery depends on your venue location and what you're renting. Large Rentals like Chandelier Bars, Ceremony Backdrops, and Arches already have delivery included in their price. If you have rented a large install, small rentals (things that fit in bins) will be delivered for free.
