After working with over 700 brides, we have heard over and over how grateful they were to have an experienced and professional Coordinator the day of their wedding. From taking the stress out of the logistics, to being on top of details they didn’t even know they needed - we can help you focus on what matters most. Many “coordinators” in the industry will show up the day of your wedding and simply solve problems as they arise. We consider this to be a Day-of Manager, not a Coordinator. In contrast, we start working alongside you the moment you book and are available all along the way to guide and answer questions, and then weeks before your date arrives we are in constant communication. We prevent problems from happening instead of managing them when they do.
